1. Wrap a tape measure horizontally 1" above your eyebrows for an accurate head measurement.
2. Keep the tape snug for a secure helmet fit. Tightness ensures the best results.

4. If your measurement falls between sizes on the sizing chart, opt for the smaller helmet size.
