GY6 125cc 150cc 7-inch Exhaust Muffler System for Scooters, Mopeds, ATVs, and Go Karts (Silver)

This high-performance exhaust pipe can potentially add more performance, speed, and power to your bike. It also provides a stylish look and a deeper exhaust tone. The exhaust system fits on many models of GY6 Scooters and Mopeds Four Stroke 50cc with the GY6 pipe (some modification may be required). However, it will not bolt on to every scooter model, and you may need to bend the brackets or make other modifications to make it fit.

The exhaust pipe comes with brackets welded to it for the GY6 application (some modification may be required). Please note that all head pipes and brackets are chrome-plated carbon steel.

This muffler is designed to be mounted horizontally. If your muffler mounts differently, this muffler may not serve as a suitable replacement. Therefore, please choose the correct one that fits your vehicle.

The package includes all the parts shown in the images. This Exhaust System will fit for GY6 125cc or 150cc Scooters and most Chinese 125cc/150cc GY6 Scooters, as well as 2002-2015 Honda Ruckus/Zoomer with GY6 (125cc/150cc) Engine Swaps.

An extra weld-on mounting flange is also included. If you don't know how to modify the head pipe, cutting off the old flange and welding on the new flange to your stock head pipe will also be fine.

On some models, once the Head Pipe is mounted, it may need to be heated and slightly bent out for clearance and alignment.

This 7-inch length exhaust system can be a great upgrade when installing a big bore kit or a great replacement exhaust for a broken stock exhaust system.

Modifications in mounting of the Head Pipe may be necessary. You may also have to grind a half-moon shape in one of the Mounting Brackets to clear the Engine Dipstick.
